TrueBricks Realty respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Platform, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using TrueBricks Realty you consent to the practices described here.
Registration data: when you create an account we collect your mobile number (verified by OTP), and optionally your name, email address and Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
Listing data: when you post a property we collect the details you enter — address and locality, price, areas, photographs, videos and every property attribute on the posting form — along with your seller type (owner, agent or builder).
Enquiry data: when you contact an owner we record your message and share your name and contact number with that owner so they can respond.
Voluntary information: anything you choose to share with our support team or through feedback.
Log data: like most platforms we receive standard server logs — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps — used for security, debugging and aggregate analytics.
Usage counters: we record listing views and enquiry counts to show owners how their property is performing.
We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and functional cookies that remember preferences such as your selected city. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the Platform. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but signed-in features will stop working without the session cookie.
We use the information we collect to:
Between users: this is a marketplace — when you post a property, your listing details and (on request) your contact number are shown to interested buyers; when you enquire, your name, number and message are shared with the property owner.
Service providers: we use trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, image storage, SMS/OTP delivery) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect the rights, property and safety of TrueBricks Realty, our Users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
Pages on the Platform may link to third-party websites, including our social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, signed session cookies, access controls on our admin systems and an audit trail of administrative actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration and destruction.
Please keep your account information accurate and current. You can update your profile and manage your listings from your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your login methods confidential; contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@truebricksrealty.com. Deleting your account removes your listings from public view; some records may be retained where the law requires.
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date, and material changes may additionally be notified on the Platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at support@truebricksrealty.com or +91 92176 58005. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within the period prescribed under applicable law.
