Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

All payments made for premium packages, paid listings, or subscription services on TrueBricks Realty by Sellers, Buyers, or Tenants are 100% non-refundable.

Once a package is activated or premium features are unlocked, no full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if the property is sold or rented out sooner than expected.

2. Cancellation

Users can cancel the auto-renewal of any subscription at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period.
